    First consultation period to gather thoughts, ideas and aspirations to inform the preparation of the design code for the pilot area in Shrewsbury.

    LDA Design (our consultants) will be creating the codes from the information gathered during the public engagement.

    Statutory consultation period to ensure the design codes are a material consideration as part of the planning process. This means the design codes can then go on to be formally approved and can be subsequently enforced.
